Making: Prototype 6

I explored the concept of spatially-aware time units. In this prototype I just used a sliding potentiometer to simulate the experience of accessing different units with the action. Seems to work well. Right now, the problem is that only one object is moving and the information is displayed on one unit only. In the next version, I’d like to try distinct digits still with just one digit stationary.

Reflections:

1. It might be interesting to provide some feedback while the position is changing (like some blinking

2. Perhaps some haptic feedback would be interesting

3. Some larger digits would really bring focus to the experience
